MARY MORTON Menu Hint Pineapple Juice with Lemon Crackers Broiled Beef Tenderloin Baked Potatoes Buttered Summer Squash Radishes Olives Pineapple or Orange Sherbert in Portions of Cantaloupe Coffee This menu was one I served a suest recently, and I am recommending; it for the speed with which it can be prepared.

I bought ice cream instead of making a sherbet, and you. of course, can do the same, you are hurried. The pineapple juice had been in the refrigerator for some time and was thoroughly chilled. It was the work of a few moments to add fresh lemon juice, spread a little cheese on crackers, and crisp them and slightly melt the cheese in the oven which was lighted to' bake potatoes and broil the tenderloins. I started this dinner at 5 o'clock, and at 6:30, when the guests arrived, it was ready to serve.

I have made one change. I served fresh green peas in place of squash. I only used one cantaloupe for three of us, dividing it into three portions, which held the cream nice- Today's Recipes Pineapple teaspoon gelatin, two tablespoons cold water, three-fourths cup sugar, one-fourth cup pineapple juice, one No. 2 can crushed pineapple, two tablespoons lemon juice, two egg whites, one cup heavy cream, Soak gelatin five minutes in cold water. Cologne Is Cooling Just to remind you, cologne is cooling, and so is dusting powder and talc. In the middle of the day cur sisters in Europe wipe the grime of a hot day from their countenances not with soap and water, but with cologne.

You can first wash, if you wish, and then complete the cleansing with a refreshing application of cologne, patting it gently over face and throat and under the arms with a pad of cottn. It makes you feel clean and cool. Anna Marie Downey to Wed R. H. Klemme BELMOND Announcement has been made of the approaching marriage of R.
